Our goal is to help provide a voice to those who may feel alone when accessing services. Whether it is due to language barriers or confusion of service procedures, Advocate Associates will support you and ensure that your views and opinions get across in a professional, practical, and efficient manner.

Terms and Conditions

For all services, Advocate Associates may require you to sign an agreement /authorisation form before beginning any work. This will be discussed prior to signing.
Advocate Associates reserve the right to make changes to the rates listed above by giving reasonable notice on the website.
For services charged at hourly rates, Advocate Associates will submit an invoice as agreed with client.
Should you wish to cancel your agreement with us, you must do so within 7 days of signing the agreement.
Please note that once work has begun with your letter, you may not be refunded the full fixed cost.
Letter Writing package: Continued work after the initial response from the recipient will be charged at hourly rates. This will be agreed prior to any work undertaken.
Complaint Letter Writing Services: £25 non refundable deposit (50% of the total fixed fee) must be paid upfront when agreement is signed.
Any translator costs will be charged separately as incurred.
Home visits are free for residents living in the London Boroughs of Brent and Harrow. For all other London Boroughs, reasonable travel expenses will be charged as incurred.
