Each letter will include full facts and information given to us, and will refer to relevant laws and rules if applicable.
We have Advocates with legal backgrounds and therefore they inherit a great skill of persuasion and know exactly who to target the complaint at. We will always push for a speedy resolution of all complaints regardless of the nature of the complaint.

Step 2: Review of your facts and information. If we feel that you have a case, we will proceed to write a letter of complaint on your behalf.
Step 3: Client approves letter.
Step 4: Letter is sent by us on your behalf on our letter headed paper with our self addressed envelope for the recipient’s response. Once we receive a response from the recipient, we are able to offer our continued service at hourly rates until your complaint is resolved.
This package is great for those who do not have the time to deal with complaints and the usual correspondence associated with it. We are here to help with complaints on your behalf so you don’t have to!
